The Garrison Group's mission is to create a link between driven business professionals and our local community. Our vision is to use this link as a catalyst to develop ourselves and advance our community by engaging our common interests and utilizing our resources to foster non-profit activities and charitable causes.

- Formulate city government strategy, decision-making, and future planning with inviting local government leaders as speakers for meeting in order to foster communication and impact within our community leaders and youth generations;
- Onset and improve succession planning in businesses with seminars and meetings that instruct members on internal business development, entrepreneurial endeavors, personal and business investment strategies, and developing a network within Northeast Indiana;
- Reward Fort Wayne local charities by hosting events that target and directly benefit those charities through events, including golf, running, and auction events;
- Tailor and facilitate social events that connect new, prospective, and existing members while promoting The Garrison Group's mission.
